Job Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Accountant / Finance Operations Specialist to manage our company's accounting, financial records, commission processing, and day-to-day finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage company accounts and bookkeeping using QuickBooks.

- Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

- Process, calculate, and reconcile insurance agency and agent commissions.

- Work with NowCerts for commission tracking, reporting, and reconciliation.

- Reconcile bank statements.

- Manage invoices, vendor payments, customer receipts, and outstanding balances.

- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with month-end closing.

- Track expenses, revenue, and commission payouts.

- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.





- Coordinate payroll-related commission information and payment records.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online or Desktop.

- Solid knowledge of AP, AR, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation.

- Experience with insurance agency accounting and commission processing preferred.

- Familiarity with NowCerts or similar insurance agency management systems.

- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations independently.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
