About Us

G L A & Co. is a firm of Chartered Accountants in New Delhi, led by Partners CA Lokesh Rana and CA Achita Gupta. We provide audit, taxation, GST, accounting, corporate compliance and advisory services to businesses and individuals. We are looking for two experienced, detail-oriented Accountants to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Keep books of accounts for clients in Tally Prime and Zoho Books, up to finalisation of accounts
- Record day-to-day transactions: sales, purchases, expenses, journal entries and bank entries
- Do bank, vendor and customer reconciliations every month
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconcile with GSTR-2B and resolve mismatches
- Calculate TDS, make challan payments and prepare and file quarterly TDS returns
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms and companies
- Handle ROC and MCA filings (e.g., AOC-4, MGT-7/7A, DIR-3 KYC and other event-based forms)
- Process PF and ESI: monthly contribution calculations, challans and return filing
- Prepare financial statements and audit schedules, and support statutory and tax audits
- Handle client communication on data collection and routine queries
- Keep documentation organised and meet all statutory deadlines

Requirements

- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter (or equivalent)




- Experience: At least 3 years in a Chartered Accountant firm (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime, Zoho Books and MS Excel
- Hands-on experience with the GST, Income Tax, TRACES, MCA, EPFO and ESIC portals
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance, PF and ESI
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Accurate, organised, and able to handle several clients at once
