Anchi Apparels is hiring an Accountant for our office at 712F, Sector 37, Gurgaon. Work from office, full-time, Monday to Saturday. Immediate joining or within 15 days preferred.

KEY: This job is only for candidates who already live in Gurgaon. We are not able to consider candidates from other cities or those planning to relocate.

About the role

You will work with our accounts team (Geeta and Mehta ji) in a growing import and apparel business. You will help keep the books accurate and on time, and support GST work.

What you will do

- Daily entries: purchase, sales, bank, payments and receipts in our accounting software

- Bank and party reconciliation
- Help with GST return data and reconciliation of purchases with GSTR-2B
- Match import documents with entries (invoices, bills of entry, shipping charges)
- Prepare documents and statements for GST and audit queries
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT / Claude / Excel Copilot)



to speed up data entry, checking and reports

You should have
- 2-4 years of accounting experience (B.Com or above)
- At least 2 years of hands-on work in accounting software such as Busy, Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Marg, SAP or similar (required)
- Good Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables)

- Basic GST understanding
- Interest in AI tools and willingness to learn them. We will train you.
- Careful, honest, and good with numbers

Nice to have: import/export or garment-trade accounting. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience

- accounting software (Busy/Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks/SAP etc): 2 years (Preferred)
