Junior Accountant – Furniture & Home Appliances Showroom

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support the financial and accounting operations of our furniture and home appliances showroom. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, numerical accuracy, and a willingness to learn and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, and payment transactions.
- Maintain cash books, ledgers, vouchers, and other accounting records.
- Assist with customer billing, invoices, and payment receipts.
- Monitor cash transactions and assist with daily cash reconciliation.
- Maintain supplier accounts and track pending payments and customer outstanding balances.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and expense tracking.
- Maintain purchase invoices and coordinate with the inventory team regarding stock records.
- Assist in preparing daily sales reports and monthly financial statements.
- Support GST documentation, tax records, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents for accuracy.




- Coordinate with the sales team, showroom management, and senior accountant.
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure the confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements

- BCom or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience; freshers with positive accounting knowledge may apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Familiarity with Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software is preferred.
- Good numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, honesty, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate: A disciplined and trustworthy individual who can maintain accurate records, support daily accounting activities, and assist in ensuring smooth financial operations of the showroom. Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
