Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging Accountancy lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum.

- Teach accounting principles, financial accounting, partnership accounts, company accounts, and other relevant topics.

- Explain complex accounting concepts through practical examples and problem-solving exercises.

- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question papers, and revision materials.

- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, projects, and examinations.

- Prepare students for board examinations through revision sessions, practice papers, and doubt-clearing classes.

- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve academic performance.

- Develop students' analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and assessments.

- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings and school activities.

Qualifications

- M.Com is mandatory.

- B.Ed qualification is mandatory.

- Relevant teaching experience, preferably at the senior secondary level.

- Strong subject knowledge in Accountancy and financial accounting principles.

- Experience teaching the CBSE curriculum will be an added advantage.





- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in accounting concepts, numerical problem-solving, and examination preparation.
