Our Account

Managers drive client success by translating hiring goals into measurable, execution-ready talent programs—bridging strategy, technology, and human insight to deliver elite workforce outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end client account performance—align hiring KPIs (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire) with strategic talent roadmaps.
- Partner with client hiring managers to refine role profiles, define candidate personas, and build sourcing playbooks tailored to industry and culture fit.
- Coordinate with in-house recruiters, sourcers, and assessment teams to streamline the hiring funnel from pipeline generation to offer close.
- Track and report on hiring metrics weekly/monthly—using dashboards to surface trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.




- Drive client retention and expansion by identifying upsell opportunities, managing renewals, and proactively addressing satisfaction gaps.
- Embed best practices in ATS workflows, candidate engagement sequencing, and interview feedback loops to elevate client outcomes.
