Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager Accounts & Finance to oversee the company's accounting, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, cash flow, and day-to-day finance operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, financial controls, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation, and cash/bank transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and fund requirements.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Handle monthly closing and ensure accuracy of books of accounts.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and financial reports for management.
- Establish and monitor internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
- Review employee salary processing, reimbursements,



and related accounting entries.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the accounts and finance team.
- Support management in financial planning and business decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 7-10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably with managerial/supervisory experience.
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance qualification will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and team-management abilities.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
