Role Description The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for the organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing cash flow, preparing monthly and annual financial statements, analyzing variances, and providing insights to leadership to support strategic decisions. The role will also involve supervising finance processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and expense controls, as well as coordinating with external auditors and stakeholders when needed.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Thane,



requiring close collaboration with management and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Experience with general accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheets, and ERP or accounting systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; skilled certifications such as CA, CMA, or CPA are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a finance management or senior accounting role, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment.
