Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily accounting entries in Tally Prime.
- Maintain sales, purchase, payment and receipt records.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare GST, TDS and other statutory compliance data.
- Manage vendor and distributor accounts.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
- Verify invoices, expenses and payment vouchers.
- Prepare monthly MIS and accounting reports.
- Assist in monthly closing and audits.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting principles.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing preferred.
