About the Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in accounting, GST compliance, TDS, and accounts payable and receivable. Candidates with experience in FMCG, trading, or distribution companies will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries, including purchase, sales, receipts, and payments.

- Assist in GST return filing, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.

- Perform GSTR-2B reconciliation and verify Input Tax Credit (ITC).

- Handle TDS calculations, payments, and return-related documentation.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer ledger reconciliation.

- Perform bank reconciliation and resolve accounting discrepancies.

- Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, debit notes,



and credit notes.

- Assist with e-invoicing, e-way bills, and other statutory compliance.

- Maintain outstanding payment and collection reports.

- Support monthly closing, MIS reporting, and audit documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, AP, and AR.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally Prime or Zoho Books.

- Robust analytical, reconciliation, and communication skills.

- FMCG or distribution industry experience will be an added advantage.
