About Advait Labs

Advait Labs is a digital marketing and software studio that manages paid media for US businesses, white-label agency partners, and healthcare and hospital brands. Our account managers own client relationships and the performance of the accounts they handle.

What you will do

- Own a portfolio of client accounts, including US and other international clients
- Plan, build, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display and YouTube
- Run regular performance reviews and present results, insights and next steps to clients
- Analyze campaign data in Excel to find wasted spend, growth opportunities and trends
- Build clear weekly and monthly performance reports
- Manage budgets, pacing and targets (CPA, ROAS, lead volume, lead quality)
- Coordinate with the creative and web teams on ads, landing pages and tracking




- Be the main point of contact for clients and keep communication timely and professional

What we are looking for

- Strong core Google Ads experience: account structure, keyword strategy, match types, bidding, conversion tracking and optimization
- Proven experience as an account manager handling clients directly
- Experience working with foreign clients, preferably US-based
- Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, conditional formulas, data cleanup and charts
- Strong analytical thinking, able to explain the “why” behind the numbers
- Excellent written and spoken English for client calls, emails and reports
- Comfortable working with partial overlap with US business hours

Positive to have

- Google Ads certifications
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio and Google Tag Manager
- Experience in healthcare, legal, real estate or local services verticals
- Agency or white-label agency experience
