About the Company

R&CC; Services is a “growing recruitment and business services firm” serving clients across India and the Middle East. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime / accounting software
- Handle sales and purchase invoicing, vouchers and bills
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS) regularly
- Manage accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconcile with GSTR-2B
- Calculate and deduct TDS, file TDS returns, and issue Form 16/16A
- Maintain petty cash and expense records
- Assist in monthly closing, ledger scrutiny and preparing MIS reports
- Coordinate with auditors and the CA during audits




- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records

Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS and basic accounting principles
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines

Preferred (Positive to Have)

- Experience with Zoho Books / QuickBooks
- Exposure to payroll processing, PF and ESIC
- Pursuing CA Inter / CMA Inter
