WE have urgent openings for the post of Account Executive

- Job Location = Bhiwandi
- Experience = 2 to 5 Years
- Fix Salary = 18,000 to 22000 per month.
- Note= Immediate Joining
- Job timing - 10 AM to 7 PM

- Accounting* : Daily entries of purchase, sales, expenses, bank payments in Tally Prime / ERP. & Bank reconciliation.
- handling petty cash
- Maintain vendor/customer ledgers, follow up for payments
- Maintain bills, vouchers, invoices, GRN and file them properly.
- Invoicing & Billing:* Create Sales Invoices, Purchase Bills, Debit/Credit Notes and share with clients
- GST & TDS :* Assist in GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS entries, e-invoice and e-way bill generation

Reports:* Prepare daily/weekly reports - Expense report, Outstanding report in Excel

REQUIREMENT

- Education: B.Com
- Experience: 2 -3 years in accounts / billing
- Must Have Skills: : Tally Prime / ERP 9 - Must
- GST, TDS basics knowledge
