About the Role: As an Accounts Executive you will support Accounts Department with Reconciliation of Debtors and creditors Reco and Resolution and Reco and resolution and Settlement of GST & Credit Card along with filing and tracking of Branches documents and resolution of differences with customers and suppliers. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

· Familiar with Trade receivables (reconciliation and resolution) and managing them in accounting software.

· Should know overview aspects of Goods and Services Tax (GST) like reconciling 2B/2A.

· Credit Card/Paytm settlement and reconciliation

· Well conversant with email communication and telephonic conversation (Coordinate with customers/suppliers and branches for incomplete information/documents/delay of documents)

· Documents filing and tracking.





· Follow up with the branches for pending works.

Receipts against Bills settled for branches also guide and resolve the issues related to customer payment advice.

Candidate Requirements:

· Graduate in Commerce with good knowledge of English

· Should have sound knowledge of accounting software Tally ERP. Tally Prime can be additional qualification.

. Reconciliation of debtors and creditors accounts.

· Good written and oral communication skills

· Diligent, Systematic with outstanding organizational time management skills.

· Sound knowledge of MS Office (VLOOKUP and related excel keys) Knowledge / Experience of Advance Excel would be added advantage.

Attention to details with high levels of accuracy.

Sound knowledge of accountancy.
