JOB SUMMARY The Executive – Accounts will support day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including accounting entries, reconciliations, billing, project expense tracking, payment processing, payroll support, statutory compliance support, and maintenance of financial records. The role requires accuracy, timely reporting, confidentiality, and effective coordination with internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, clients, banks, and auditors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Record vouchers, journal entries, and accounting adjustments in Tally.

· Update daily cash book and bank book.

· Verify invoices and supporting documents before booking.

· Processing payment for Vendors/suppliers

· Maintain transportation, project expense,



and other finance trackers.

· Maintaining Wage Slip and Tally updating · Maintaining Physical Tax Bill & Ref Bill & Other

Documents Keeping

· Recording, maintaining and managing day-to-day financial transactions of the company.

· Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, vendors, subcontractors, auditors, and internal departments.

QUALIFICATION

· B. Com / M. Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.

· 2–4 years of experience in Accounts & Finance preferred.

· Construction industry experience is an advantage.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

· Working knowledge of Tally ERP.

· Computer skills: MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point

· Knowledge of GST and TDS.
