Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bookkeeping.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, customer invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain purchase invoices, sales invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and expense vouchers.
- Ensure timely and accurate GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GST reconciliation.
- Assist with TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and quarterly return preparation.
- Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate financial records using Tally Prime or other accounting software.
- Support monthly and annual financial closing activities, including preparation of MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for purchase orders, vendor bills,



payment approvals, and documentation.
- Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and preparation of supporting financial documents.
- Monitor outstanding payments, employee reimbursements, petty cash, and expense statements.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable statutory requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or EPC company.
- Familiarity with purchase orders, project billing, vendor management, and accounts reconciliation.
- Experience in preparing financial MIS and supporting statutory audits.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with procurement, operations, and management teams.
