Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining regular communication, and ensuring timely resolution of client queries and requirements. Day-to-day activities include preparing and reviewing financial documentation, coordinating with internal teams to deliver services, tracking account performance, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling financial products.

The role also involves supporting client onboarding, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and providing periodic reports and updates to clients and management.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, handle inquiries professionally, and provide high-quality service to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong skills in financial documentation, basic financial analysis, and accuracy in maintaining records and reports.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or account management systems) and comfort working with data.
- Effective communication skills, including transparent written and verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to present information confidently.
- Solid organizational and time-management capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while taking ownership of assigned accounts and tasks.
- Relevant experience in financial services, banking, or related sectors is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field is advantageous.
