Job Summary

Aswatha TVS is looking for a customer-oriented and target-driven Accessories Executive to manage the sales, display, stock, and fitting coordination of two-wheeler accessories at the showroom. The candidate will be responsible for promoting genuine TVS accessories, recommending suitable products to customers, increasing accessories sales, and ensuring a smooth customer experience during vehicle delivery.

6. Accessories Product Knowledge The candidate should develop knowledge of genuine TVS accessories and relevant compatible products, including:

- Helmets and riding gear
- Seat covers and floor mats, where applicable
- Body protection accessories and crash guards, where applicable
- Visors, windshields, and protective accessories, where applicable
- Vehicle-specific styling and utility accessories
- Other genuine TVS-approved accessories for applicable two-wheeler models





Product availability and compatibility must be verified for each TVS vehicle model. Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any degree/diploma.
- Experience in automobile accessories sales, preferably in a two-wheeler showroom, is desirable.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing or inventory software.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and promote products confidently.
- Good coordination, stock management, and reporting skills.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and customer-first approach.

Overall Objective To increase genuine TVS accessories sales, improve accessories attachment per vehicle, maintain effective inventory control, and enhance the overall customer experience at Aswatha TVS Two-Wheeler Showroom.
