About Us

Sarva Sudarsanaa Academy is a leading training institute offering professional courses in CAD, CAM, CAE, BIM, IT, and GATE Coaching. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to drive student admissions, manage leads, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students, graduates, and working professionals regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses based on their career goals.
- Convert enquiries and leads into successful admissions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-in enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Explain course curriculum, perks, career opportunities, fees, and other relevant details effectively.
- Follow up consistently with prospective students and ensure timely closure of admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM/tracking systems.
- Achieve monthly admission, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Develop strong relationships with students and parents.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively to convert potential leads.
- Coordinate with academic, marketing,



and management teams to improve student enrolments.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, counselling sessions, and admission campaigns.
- Prepare and share regular reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.

Requirements

- 0–5 years of relevant experience in Academic Counselling, Educational Sales, Ed Tech Sales, Training Institute Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Tamil.
- Strong sales, negotiation, convincing, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven ability to achieve sales/admission targets.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates with experience in educational institutions, coaching centres, training institutes, EdTech companies, or professional training academies.
- Candidates with a proven track record in student admissions or sales conversion.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
