Key Responsibilities

- Handle calls, WhatsApp, and emails to counsel students and convert leads into admissions.
- Understand students education, career goals, and budget to suggest suitable courses.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Update and manage student details, follow-ups, and communication in CRM tools like NPF and LSQ.
- Follow up with leads regularly to improve conversions.
- Coordinate with marketing, academic, and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
- Stay updated on education trends and competitor offerings.

Key Requirements

- Bachelors degree; Masters preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in academic counselling, inside sales, EdTech, or education.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable in a rapid-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Preferred Skills

- Good command of Hindi and English; regional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of online higher education.
- Passion for education and student success.
