- Oversee the effective implementation and daily execution of the preschool curriculum and learning framework
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback, mentoring, and coaching to teachers
- Plan, organize, and coordinate academic schedules, lesson plans, and developmental assessments
- Monitor children’s developmental progress and maintain high standards of early childhood education
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for teachers on creative teaching methodologies and classroom management
- Interact regularly with parents regarding their child's academic progress, learning milestones, and curriculum queries
- Collaborate with the School Head and other team members to organize school events, co-curricular activities, and celebrations
