Role Overview

We are looking for an organised and proactive Academic Assistant to support academic operations, coordinate with students and trainers, maintain academic records, and ensure the smooth delivery of classes and learning activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily academic activities and class coordination.
- Coordinate with students, parents, and trainers regarding class schedules, updates, and requirements.
- Assist in trainer allocation based on students’ academic needs.
- Monitor student attendance and class progress.
- Maintain accurate student, trainer, and academic records.
- Follow up on class schedules, missed classes, and pending academic activities.
- Coordinate with Academic, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Assist in preparing academic reports and maintaining documentation.
- Support the resolution of student and parent concerns related to academic activities.




- Perform other tasks assigned by the Academic Head or Management.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Organisation and time management.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain records accurately and confidentially.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.

Eligibility
- Candidates with a background in Education, Psychology, or related fields are preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and coordination skills can apply.

Work Details Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Weekly Off: Second Saturday and Sunday
