Role Description This is a full-time, in office Academic Advisor role based in Jaipur.

The Academic

Advisor will guide students in selecting appropriate courses and institutions aligned with their academic interests, career goals, and scholarship opportunities.

Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, reviewing student profiles against scholarship and program criteria, and providing personalized academic and career guidance.



The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate information on programs and scholarships, supporting students through application processes, and maintaining detailed records of student interactions and progress.

The Academic

Advisor will also contribute to workshops, information sessions, and outreach initiatives to educate students and families about higher education pathways and funding options.

Qualifications

- Strong Academic Advising and Education-related knowledge to support students in selecting suitable programs and institutions.
- Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to provide personalized guidance on academic pathways and career outcomes.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and empathy in student interactions.
- Ability to analyze student profiles and scholarship criteria, with attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and familiarity with international education systems is beneficial.
- Proficiency in using digital platforms, CRM tools, and basic data analysis to manage student information and reports.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple student cases simultaneously.
