Job Requirement / Candidate Profile

We are looking for a Test Lead with solid experience in UKG Pro WFM implementations and testing.

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).
- Strong experience in test case writing, and test execution.
- Proven experience leading testing activities as a Test Lead.
- Ability to create test strategies, test plans, and manage end-to-end testing cycles.
- Experience in defect management, test reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Good understanding of functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
- Experience coordinating with business users, functional consultants, and development teams.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, ALM, or similar tools.
