Role Description

Proactively contact prospects to generate student assessments from assigned business leads.

● Schedule, coordinate, and conduct assessment sessions with students and parents to evaluate academic levels, learning behaviors, and overall requirements, and guide them in selecting the most suitable products or courses from the organization’s portfolio.

● Analyze, interpret, and prepare assessment reports to derive actionable insights and support admission conversions.

● Provide timely and accurate assistance to students and parents via phone, effectively handle inquiries, address objections, and drive course enrollments while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

● Ensure timely and accurate updating of CRM systems in accordance with defined timelines and processes.

● Process and maintain student data to identify new business opportunities, including referrals from existing clients.

● Prepare and submit daily operational and work reports in the prescribed format.





● Support the Department Manager in executing day-to-day operational activities efficiently.

● Ensure effective coordination with training and evaluation teams by supplying necessary inputs to support performance reviews and skill development initiatives.

● Accept and implement recommendations, suggestions, and learnings from training programs and evaluations to continuously improve performance.

● Actively contribute ideas, suggestions, and participate in new initiatives to improve operational efficiency and growth outcomes.

● Focus on achieving monthly targets across key performance areas, including assessments conducted, revenue, and admission conversions.
