- Position: 4G/5G Stack L1 & Radio Expert

- Experience: 12+ Years

- Location: Bangalore or Remote

Key Skills & Technical Expertise

- Strong expertise in LTE/NR PHY Layer, DSP, RF, and Antenna Systems.

- In-depth knowledge of modulation, channel coding, FEC, LDPC, Turbo Decoding, MIMO, and Beamforming.

- Hands-on experience with I/Q sample processing, FFT/IFFT, channel estimation, equalization, modulation, and demodulation.

- Proficiency in C/C++, MATLAB, and real-time embedded systems.

- Experience with FPGA/ASIC/GPU programming and L1 acceleration.

- Knowledge of fronthaul technologies such as CPRI/eCPRI.

- Strong experience in 4G/5G PHY/RF software development and L1 delivery programs.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement LTE/NR PHY layer algorithms and procedures.

- Lead and mentor L1 engineering teams to optimize latency,



throughput, and hardware utilization.

- Collaborate with Radio/RF, L2, and fronthaul subsystem teams.

- Debug and resolve PHY layer issues using logs, I/Q captures, and laboratory equipment.

- Drive 4G/5G L1 product development, maintenance, and customer support.

- Work across multiple eNodeB/gNodeB variants, including vRAN, O-RAN, and custom solutions.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful technical delivery.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 12+ years of relevant experience in 4G/5G PHY Layer and Radio software development.

- Strong technical leadership and team mentoring experience.

- Proven experience in delivering large-scale L1 programs.

- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
