? Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
-> Software Proficiency: 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Corona, and SketchUp
-> Lighting & Realism: Strong understanding of architectural lighting, texturing, material application, and realistic rendering
-> Output: Ability to produce high-quality 3D renderings, interior/exterior visual modeling, and interactive walkthroughs
-> Design Knowledge: Good foundational understanding of architectural concepts and interior space design
-> Soft Skills: Creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team-oriented team player
