Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area for 2 Interns and a Physics Senior Subject Matter Expert (Sr. SME) at Next Education.

The Physics

Sr. SME will design, review, and enhancement of K–12 physics content, create lesson plans and learning modules,



align materials with relevant curricula and boards, and collaborate with product, design, and technology teams to ensure high-quality, engaging learning experiences. All team members will participate in regular review meetings, coordinate with the in-house R&D; and content teams, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in physics education resources.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust academic expertise in Physics, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and design age-appropriate K–12 learning materials.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and research skills to validate physics content, ensure conceptual accuracy, and incorporate contemporary teaching methodologies.
- Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
- For the Physics Sr. SME role, a master’s degree or higher in Physics or a closely related field, along with prior experience in school-level or edtech content development.
