- Manage end-to-end operations for hotel bookings, airport transfers, sightseeing, and activity reservations in Bali.
- Coordinate with Bali-based suppliers and vendors to ensure timely confirmations, amendments, and seamless service delivery.
- Monitor booking execution, handle itinerary changes, cancellations, and resolve operational issues to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Prepare and verify travel documents, including hotel vouchers, transfer confirmations, invoices, and other operational documentation.
- Support travel agents through email, phone, and WhatsApp by providing timely updates and resolving operational queries.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales and Quotation teams to ensure smooth booking handovers, maintain service quality, and achieve high customer satisfaction

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
