- Requirements

- - Minimum 4-6 years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
- Strong knowledge of Node.js and MongoDB or any other NoSQL DB.
- Experience with front-end technologies like React or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of database schema design and scalability.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.

- Responsibilities

- - Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN technology stack.
- Design and develop scalable and productive back-end systems using Node.js and MongoDB or any other NoSQL DB.
- Work with front-end technologies like React or Vue.js to implement user interfaces.
- Collaborate with the team to design and develop database schemas.
- Participate in the deployment process of the applications.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions accordingly.
