Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Consultants – Travel to manage customer inquiries and support bookings for our resorts and homestays. This opportunity is well-suited for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about the travel and hospitality industry and enjoy engaging with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding resort and homestay bookings.
- Provide detailed information on properties, pricing, and availability.
- Assist customers with reservations and booking coordination.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate booking records and update reservation systems.
- Ensure a polite, professional, and customer-friendly service experience at all times.

Skills & Qualifications

- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales,



travel sales, customer service, or hospitality.
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, online booking tools).
- Quick learner with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Interest in travel, tourism, or hospitality is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
