About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer with strong experience in High-Rise Building projects and Mechanical MEP site execution.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating mechanical MEP works at project sites, ensuring execution as per approved drawings, specifications, project standards, safety requirements, quality standards, and project timelines.

High-Rise Building Project experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day Mechanical MEP site execution activities for high-rise building projects.
- Coordinate and monitor mechanical works as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
- Manage and coordinate HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and other mechanical services.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Review and interpret mechanical drawings, layouts, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Monitor installation, testing, inspection, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
- Ensure proper execution and workmanship of mechanical installations as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with other disciplines including Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation and other MEP services.




- Monitor site progress and ensure mechanical activities are completed as per planned project schedules.
- Identify technical and site-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Monitor contractor performance, manpower deployment and material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety requirements and applicable codes.
- Maintain necessary site records, inspection reports, checklists, test reports and project documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor the quality of ongoing mechanical works.
- Support the project team in achieving execution targets and project timelines.

Qualifications & Skills

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 9 years of relevant experience.
- High-Rise Building Project experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in Mechanical MEP project execution / site execution.
- Good knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems.
- Experience in installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, layouts and technical specifications.
- Strong site coordination and contractor/consultant management skills.
- Positive knowledge of project quality, safety and execution requirements.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in high-rise building construction and MEP execution will be preferred.
