Job Description: Data Entry Operator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with mandatory knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and inventory management to maintain accurate records and support daily store and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter purchase, sales, and inventory transactions in Tally.
- Maintain stock records and update inventory data.
- Verify invoices, purchase orders, and stock entries.
- Prepare basic reports and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely data entry.

Qualifications & Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent; graduation preferred.
- Tally Prime/ERP knowledge is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of accounting and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Valuable typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Relevant experience in data entry or inventory management preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
