# MIS & NDR Analyst

## About the Role

We are looking for a **smart, highly analytical MIS & NDR Analyst** who can turn operational data into useful information and build systems that reduce manual work.

This is not a traditional MIS role where you simply copy data from one sheet to another.

We want someone who enjoys solving problems, understands numbers, can identify discrepancies, and can build **Google Sheets dashboards and automations**.

You should be the kind of person who sees a messy spreadsheet and thinks:

**“There has to be a better way to do this.”**

You will work closely with the operations, sales and management teams and will be responsible for creating accurate, timely and actionable MIS.

## Key Responsibilities

### MIS & Dashboards

* Build and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS

* Create management dashboards using Google Sheets

* Track sales, orders, deliveries, NDR, RTO and other operational metrics

* Combine data from multiple sources and maintain data accuracy

* Automate repetitive reporting wherever possible

* Identify data discrepancies and investigate their root causes

* Create exception reports and alerts for important operational issues

* Develop reports that help management make faster decisions

### NDR & Logistics Analytics

* Track NDR shipments and delivery attempts

* Monitor courier-wise NDR and RTO performance

* Track pending NDR value and recovery

* Analyse reasons for NDR

* Identify patterns in delivery failures

* Monitor recovery rates and follow-up performance





* Work with the NDR calling team and logistics team to improve recovery

* Highlight operational leakages and unusual patterns

### Automation

You will be expected to reduce manual work through:

* Google Apps Script

* Automated reports

* Automated alerts

* Data consolidation

* Scheduled reporting

* Google Sheets-based workflows

## Technical Skills Required

Strong hands-on knowledge of:

* Google Sheets

* Microsoft Excel

* QUERY

* FILTER

* ARRAYFORMULA

* IMPORTRANGE

* XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP

* INDEX / MATCH

* SUMIFS / COUNTIFS

* IF / IFS

* Pivot Tables

* Data cleaning

### Strong advantage if you know:

* Google Apps Script

* APIs

* Webhooks

* JSON

* SQL

* Looker Studio

* Shopify / CRM data

If management tells you:

> “Our NDR has increased this month. Find out why.”

We don't want someone who simply prepares a report showing that NDR increased.

We want someone who investigates the data and comes back with:

> “NDR increased from X% to Y%. 60% of the increase is coming from these three courier/service areas, and these are the top reasons. Here's where the revenue impact is coming from and what we should investigate.”

## Who Should NOT Apply

This role is not suitable if:

* Your Excel/Google Sheets work is mainly data entry

* You need someone else to tell you what formula to use

* You are uncomfortable working with large datasets

* You have never built dashboards yourself

* You don't enjoy finding problems in data

* You are looking primarily for a routine reporting job

## Education

Graduation in any relevant field.

A degree is less important than **actual analytical and technical ability**.
