Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, statutory compliance, and employee administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, selection follow-ups, and employee onboarding.
- EPFO & ESIC: Handle basic EPFO and ESIC processes, employee registrations, monthly contribution workings, and related documentation.
- Attendance & Payroll Support: Maintain attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and employee-related data.
- HR Documentation: Maintain employee records, appointment letters, offer letters, and other HR documents.
- HR Operations: Support employee engagement, HR policy implementation, and day-to-day administrative activities.
- Statutory Compliance: Assist with maintaining statutory records, filings, and other HR compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.




- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Working knowledge of EPFO, ESIC, and payroll-related processes.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and handle multiple HR responsibilities.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant HR experience will be preferred. However, freshers with a good understanding of HR fundamentals, recruitment, EPFO, and ESIC processes are also encouraged to apply.
