Job Description

Lexora Dynamic Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Solar EPC team in Surat. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, explaining rooftop solar solutions, and converting inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and identify potential customers for rooftop solar installations.
- Visit residential and commercial customers to explain solar solutions and their benefits.
- Explain solar system pricing, installation processes, and applicable government subsidy information.
- Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain good customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for site visits, quotations, and installation follow-ups.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.




- Interest in sales, marketing, and renewable energy.
- Willingness to travel within Surat for customer visits.
- Previous experience in sales, field sales, real estate, insurance, or solar sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn can also apply.
