Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive / Procurement Executive to handle supplier sourcing, price negotiation, quotation comparison, purchase follow-up, and vendor coordination.

The candidate must have previous experience in Purchase / Procurement and should be comfortable communicating with suppliers across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify suitable suppliers and manufacturers across India.
- Collect quotations and compare price, specifications, delivery time, warranty, and payment terms.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible price and commercial terms.
- Handle Purchase Enquiries, RFQs, Purchase Orders, and supplier follow-ups.
- Coordinate with vendors through Phone, WhatsApp, and Email.
- Follow up for quotations, availability, dispatch, delivery, and pending orders.
- Verify supplier/company details before placing orders.
- Maintain supplier database, quotation records, and purchase-related documents.
- Develop new vendors for instrumentation, industrial, laboratory, electrical, and technical products.
- Coordinate internally with Sales and other departments for purchase requirements.
- Handle urgent product sourcing and multiple enquiries efficiently.

Mandatory Requirements

- Previous Purchase / Procurement experience is mandatory.
- Candidates without purchase-related experience will not be preferred.




- Hindi speaking is mandatory – must be able to communicate confidently with North Indian suppliers.
- English communication is mandatory – both speaking and writing.
- Good negotiation and supplier-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Email, WhatsApp, and Internet-based supplier searching.
- Ability to compare multiple quotations and select the best supplier.
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of quotations, GST, freight, payment terms, and delivery terms.

- B2B Trading / Distribution

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in Purchase / Procurement
- Strong in supplier negotiation
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Fast in supplier/product searching
- Good at continuous follow-up
- Responsible and detail-oriented
- Able to handle multiple purchase requirements simultaneously

Important:
Hindi + English communication and previous Purchase/Procurement experience are compulsory for this position.
