Role Overview

OnO Creators is looking for a Business Development Executive who is confident in handling calls, communicating with potential clients, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and explain relevant OnO Creators services.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and identify business opportunities.
- Conduct sales discussions, presentations, and negotiations.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,



and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Consistently work towards monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Client Handling.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and comfortable handling client calls.
- Solid follow-up and lead conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and results-driven approach.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Media, or Advertising will be an advantage.
