As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves providing comprehensive engineering support by developing and implementing technical solutions that address complex challenges and align with organizational goals. This role requires collaboration across various engineering disciplines, including structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight. The practitioner applies a blend of scientific principles, socio-economic understanding, and practical experience to ensure that engineering outcomes meet both technical standards and business needs. Daily activities include analyzing problems, coordinating with teams, and managing technical aspects to deliver effective and sustainable engineering solutions.

- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster skilled growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in 5G Wireless Networks & Technologies.
- Strong understanding of wireless communication principles and network architecture.
- Experience with network design, optimization, and troubleshooting in 5G environments.
- Familiarity with radio frequency concepts and propagation models.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical data to support engineering decisions.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to wireless networks.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in 5G Wireless Networks & Technologies.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
