We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our service center team in East Delhi.

Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and the technical team. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless service experience, diagnose vehicle issues accurately, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

- Customer Greeting & Consultation: Welcome customers, listen to their two-wheeler issues, and conduct a preliminary vehicle inspection.
- Job Card Creation: Open accurate job cards detailing the customer’s complaints, estimated costs, and delivery time.
- Technical Liaison: Coordinate with the workshop floor supervisor and mechanics to ensure quality repairs and timely delivery.
- Upselling & Value Addition:



Educate customers on standard maintenance, value-added services (e.g., AMC, extended warranty, anti-rust coatings), and genuine spare parts.
- Final Inspection & Delivery: Perform a post-service check to ensure all complaints are resolved, explain the final invoice to the customer, and hand over the vehicle.
- Feedback & Retention: Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and handle grievances professionally.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Service Advisor in a reputed two-wheeler dealership.
- Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of two-wheeler mechanics, engine components, and electrical systems.
- Communication: Fluent in Hindi; basic knowledge of English is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of dealership management systems (DMS) or MS Office for billing and job card entry.

Pay: ₹102.64 - ₹251.39 per month
