WE’RE HIRING | ONBOARDING EXECUTIVE

Prompt Personnel Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Onboarding Executive to join our HR team in Pune

Experience: Freshers are welcome
Location: Pune - Yerwada, Airport Road
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month (In-hand)
Working Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays (Work From Home)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:45 PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage end-to-end onboarding activities for recent employees
- Coordinate document collection, verification, and employee records
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, joining documentation, and onboarding kits
- Ensure timely completion of compliance and statutory documentation
- Conduct employee induction and orientation sessions
- Coordinate with Payroll, IT, Admin, and Department Heads for seamless onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee databases and HRMS records
- Track onboarding progress and prepare regular reports

REQUIRED SKILLS





- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR operations and onboarding processes
- Good documentation and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS/HR software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet timelines
