Key Responsibilities • Understand US IT job requirements from account managers and clients. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels. • Screen candidates on technical skills, work authorization, availability, and compensation expectations. • Connect with and engage active and passive candidates. • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.



• Maintain candidate records and update the tracking system. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of quality candidates. Requirements • 1 to 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment. • Experience working with full-time roles on W-2. • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Ability to source, screen, and connect with quality candidates. • Knowledge of the US hiring process and job portals (preferred).
