Job Title: Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

Role & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and online presence.
- Manage company social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, graphics, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase customer engagement.
- Monitor social media performance, website traffic, and campaign analytics to improve marketing results.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns through platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Coordinate with internal teams to promote company services, financial products, and business initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing communications comply with applicable financial advertising guidelines and company policies.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and competitor activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing; freshers with relevant skills may also apply.
- Hands-on knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, SEO, and lead generation.
- Experience with Canva, video editing tools, and content creation software.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- Experience in financial services, stockbroking, or the securities industry will be an added advantage.
