Position: Assistant Manager / Manager - Sales & Marketing
Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Field + Office, Pan-INDIA travel)
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Reporting To: GM / Plant Head
We are looking for an aggressive and experienced Sales Manager for our RVI Signage business. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients for signage projects like Petrol Pumps, Banks, Retail Chains, Showrooms, Corporate Offices, Hospitals, and Highway Hoardings, and handling projects from enquiry to installation & payment collection.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Development Identify and generate leads for new signage projects (Dealers, Retailers, Banks, Petrol Pump Dealers, Franchise Outlets, Builders)Cold calling, site visits, client meetings, and presentations Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for signage fabrication & installation
2. Sales Process Management Conduct site surveys, understand client branding guidelines Prepare quotations, BOQs, and negotiate pricing with clients Coordinate with Design team for 3D mockups and with Production team for fabrication & installation timelines Ensure on-time execution, quality check, and final handover

Client & Project Management Manage key accounts like Oil Companies (IOCL, BPCL, and HPCL), Banks, Mobile/Auto Dealers, FMCG Retailers Handle Rate Contracts and AMC for signage maintenance follow up for advance payment, running bills, and final payment collection
4. Marketing & Growth Promote company portfolio on WhatsApp, Instagram, Google, and exhibitions Build vendor and contractor network for consistent work Track competitor pricing and market trends Maintain CRM (Excel / Zoho / Lead Squared) with daily follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications:
BE Mech, Civil, (Diploma in Marketing or MBA in Marketing preferred)
3+ years for Assistant Manager, 5+ years for Manager in Signage, Fabrication, Printing, OOH Advertising, or Retail Branding industry is mandatory Strong knowledge of signage materials: ACP Board, LED Board, 3D Letters, Neon, Vinyl Printing, Backlit Boards, Petrol Pump Canopy Branding, Highway Hoardings Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English Must have Two-Wheeler/Four-Wheeler and willingness to travel for site visits Valuable negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills
