Role & responsibilities

- Generate home loan leads through field visits, builders, DSAs & referrals
- Do area mapping and develop new business sources
- Manage strong relationships with channel partners & customers
- Achieve monthly sales and login targets
- Coordinate for KYC, credit, legal & technical documentation
- Ensure complete file submission till disbursement

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in Home Loans / LAP / Mortgage sales (NBFC / Bank)
- Good network with DSAs, builders & local market sources
- Robust sales, negotiation & customer handling skills
- Target-oriented with field sales exposure
- Basic knowledge of loan process, eligibility & documentation
