Role Summary
The Catalogue Specialist will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling a high-
quality product catalogue across mul¢ple categories and pla¢orms. This role demands deep
hands-on experience with large SKU volumes, solid process discipline, and an eye for
precision.

Core Responsibili¢es
Catalogue Ownership
¢
¢
Create, manage, and maintain end-to-end product catalogues for assigned categories
Ensure accuracy of product data including ¢tles, a¢ributes, pricing, variants, and
taxonomy
¢
¢
Execute bulk uploads, edits, and updates without compromising data integrity
Maintain consistency across brand, category, and marketplace structures
Pla¢orm & Tool Management
¢
Manage catalogue workows on Vinculum, Shopify, and third-party marketplace
lis¢ng tools.
¢

¢
Align internal catalogue structure with marketplace-specic requirements.
Handle QC and lis¢ng readiness for VRO Marketplace.
Troubleshoot catalogue errors and resolve pla¢orm and seller-level issues
independently.
Quality Control & Governance

Conduct regular audits to eliminate errors, duplica¢on,
and misclassica¢on
Ensure catalogue meets VROs presenta¢on and compliance standards
Coordinate with brands and internal teams to close data gaps quickly

Maintain clean, reliable data for analy¢cs, merchandising, and campaigns

Improve SOPs, templates, and workows for faster turnaround
Support category launches, brand onboarding, and campaign readiness

Graduate / post-graduate from an ins¢tute of repute
Experience

45 years of hands-on catalogue management experience
Proven track record of managing large-scale catalogues on marketplaces or D2C
pla¢orms
¢
Prior exposure to fashion, grooming, lifestyle, or consumer categories preferred
Mandatory Skills

Fluent in wri¢en and spoken English
Strong a¢en¢on to detail with a zero-error mindset
Advanced prociency in Excel / Google Sheets
Comfortable working under deadlines in high-volume environments
