About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Diet Counselling Experts to join our team. In this role, you will engage with patients suffering from various ailments, understand their health status, and provide counseling to support their care journey. You will also coordinate with hospitals to ensure patients receive timely and appropriate medical assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
Guide policy holders over calls to understand their current health status and provide counseling.
Engage with clients to identify medical needs and guide them effectively .
Accurately record and maintain clients information in the designated portal.

Qualifications & Experience:

Qualification: Dietician

Experience: Freshers and interns welcome





Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage sensitive health information with confidentiality

Key Skills:
Patient counseling and engagement.
Knowledge of basic medical conditions and diet management.
Documentation.
Coordination with healthcare providers.

Work Timings & Schedule:
Any 9 hour shift between 9 AM to 8 PM
One rotational weekly off.
