Improve conversion/CAC, build scalable sales engines
Run growth experiments, establish playbooks, hand over proven models to team

Required Candidate profile

8–15 yrs; 3+ yrs B2C/D2C sales with P&L;/revenue ownership
Proven 0 to 1 business building, sales growth, conversion or CAC improvement
Strong commercial, analytical, entrepreneurial & marketing skills
