Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Electrical Engineer / PLC Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in industrial automation and Special Purpose Machines (SPM). The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of PLC programming, electrical panel wiring, field wiring, and automation system commissioning. Experience with Delta PLC and the ability to independently handle electrical and automation projects are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, develop, and understand PLC I/O lists and electrical documentation.
- Read, interpret, and prepare electrical wiring diagrams and control schematics.
- Perform and supervise electrical panel wiring and field wiring.
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs, preferably using Delta PLC.
- Configure and integrate HMI systems with PLCs.
- Handle installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation systems and SPM machines.
- Diagnose electrical and PLC-related faults and implement effective solutions.
- Understand and troubleshoot RS-232/RS-485 communication interfaces.
- Coordinate with mechanical, design, and assembly teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct customer-site commissioning, machine testing, and technical support.
- Ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timelines and required quality standards.
- Travel to customer sites as required for installation and commissioning.





Requirements

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in EEE/ECE/E&I; or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 4–5 years in electrical engineering, PLC programming, and industrial automation.
- Strong hands-on experience in PLC programming, preferably Delta PLC.
- Valuable knowledge of HMI configuration and industrial automation systems.
- Practical experience in electrical panel wiring and field wiring.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and control schematics.
- Experience in troubleshooting electrical, PLC, and automation-related issues.
- Knowledge of RS-232/RS-485 communication protocols is preferred.
- Experience in SPM machines or automation projects will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for customer-site installation and commissioning.
