Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations and handle customer enquiries.
- Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into orders.
- Coordinate with customers, sales team, and internal departments.
- Update orders and records in Tally.
- Maintain sales MIS, reports, and documents.
- Schedule meetings and plant visits.
- Ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
Skills Required
- Sales Coordination & Customer Handling
- Quotation Preparation
- Tally ERP & MS Excel
- MIS Reporting & Documentation
- Positive Communication & Follow-up
Preferred Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, or Customer Support.
- Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Products, or Pharma Machinery preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
